Description konstantin.oshiyko 2008-06-13 16:33:01 UTC
I switched to 1.0.0 (compiled from sources on Gentoo), and DAAP seems to be broken. It takes about 2 hours to load all the information on ~8000 tracks from server (firefly media server, formerly mt-daapd). During the process the CPU utilization is 100%.
It works fine on 0.13.2, and iTunes.

I have the same problem (mt-daap and banshee-1). I would love to help profile the code, but I'm kind of lost. Any Banshee/Mono developers with a clue?
