This issue exists in Stable as well.

Easily reproducible.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Set Evolution as the default mail client.
2) Click on a mailto: link.

Actual results:
Invoke a composer window with the automatic Cc and Bcc contacts set.

Expected results:
Invokes a composer window without setting the automatic Cc and Bcc contacts.
