Please describe the problem:
The setting to show small icons on the palette is reset every time Glade is restarted

Steps to reproduce:
1. View -> Palette appearance -> Use small icons
2. Notice small icons on the palette
3. Restart glade


Actual results:
Large icons on the palette

Expected results:
Small icons the palette

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Glade version: 3.4.4.

Glade 3.6.2 is still unable to preserve palette appearance.

Verified, glade 3.15 still doesnt remember this setting :-/
