Tasks: When I change from one m...
Last modified: 2010-03-14 00:25:48 UTC
Version: 2.12 When I change from one map to another. the windows of evolution change spantanious. The map-window grows or shrinks. In the first case (when it grows) I can't reach the close-button, the resize-button and/or the minimize-button any more. Distribution: Fedora release 8 (Werewolf) Gnome Release: 2.20.3 2008-01-08 (Red Hat, Inc) BugBuddy Version: 2.20.1
what is a "map window"?
with "map-window" I mean the region where the maps like "trash", "outbox", "inbox" etc can be selected. The problem occurs when there are onread mails in teh selected map. In that case there is more room needed to show the name of the map. The hole programm-window increases and can't be resize or whtaever I want to do with those three buttons on the right upper corner.
with map-window I mean the folder-window the left.
> want to do with those three buttons on the right upper corner. What is that? Come on, please be descriptive... I still don't get the issue, maybe a screenshot might help (make sure to not display confidential data).

Created attachment 116521 [details] the right situation This picture is taken just one mouse-click later. I deselected outbox (which was hihglighted) and selected "mail Frank". When I posted this bug This action wasn't possible. But the other screen still shows an unwanted situation.
Comment on attachment 116521 [details] the right situation When I first posted this bug it wasn't possible to change the situation from bad to good. But stil the situation in the previous screenshot isn't right
Ah... OK. What is your screen resolution?
And I also think this might be fixed in 2.22. the "niet verzonden" is shortened here.
screen resolution is 1024 x 768. At the moment I use evolution 2.12.3. That is the latest version in Fedora 8, my linux distro.
