Description:
Gweather never was particularly stable (e.g.: it was sensitive to odd characters in detailed weather reports). Now, unless I want to see the weather in Pittsburgh, it's unusable.

To reproduce:
Add applet to panel.
Right click, and select "properties".
Kaboom.  Bug Buddy opens.
