Description Sebastien Bacher 2008-05-26 12:32:10 UTC
the bug has been described on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/230721

"Binary package hint: nautilus

With hardy, when I open a remote folder over ssh (via the Places -> Connect to server menu item from the panel), the folder shows the basename of the remote folder, but not the hostname. With gutsy, it showed the hostname as well.

Gutsy: "liw on malich"
Hardy: "liw"

This makes is harder to distinguish which window shows the "liw" folder on which machine.

The wrong title is used in the window title. Screenshot attached."

Seems to be correct in nautilus 2.30.1 (Ubuntu Lucid). OK to close?
Comment 2 André Klapper 2011-08-11 12:41:58 UTC
No feedback => Closing. Please reopen if still an issue in 2.32/3.0.
