when I click on links in HTML emails, sometime HTML entities arent decoded when loaded in the URL bar on firefox.. 

i.e if I click 
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290232689437&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:AU:1123

this will show up in Firefox as:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290232689437&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:AU:1123

and that (2nd) url doesnt work
