The attached patch adds about-this-computer.desktop, which provides the 'About this Computer' menu item in the System menu (see bug 534413). 

Sorry the patch is so large - I ran "make update-po" and it generated a good deal of churn in the .po files.

about-this-computer.desktop contains 33 translations; Behdad suggested (in bug 534413) that the data needs to be inserted into the .po files to be useful, so that's what I've done.

Yes. Originally it was "About This Computer" but someone on our Desktop team suggested that it should be "About this Computer" instead. I've received no complaints about the current version.
