CC/Bcc Field does not correctly fill in when the "Always (blind) carbon copy ((b)cc) to:" has been checked in the Account Editor:Defaults tab.	This does not work on new email messages or reply's.  If you select another account to send from and then go back to the same account (inside the Email Editing Window) it will then fill in the CC/BCC fields correctly.
