When I work with GMail IMAP server, some russian names of people, who sent me a message are shower in incorrectly recoded from KOI8-R charset for exmple: =?KOI8-R?Q? =E1=CC=C5=CB=D3=C5=CA_=F3=CC=C5=D0=C9=C8=C9=CE _?= =?KOI8-R?Q? This rule works not for all messages, only for sender name, but not for topic. Topic name always show correctly in russian. If i try to work with pop3 protocol - i have no any bugs Distribution: Ubuntu 8.04 (hardy) Gnome Release: 2.22.1 2008-04-30 (Ubuntu) BugBuddy Version: 2.22.0
please attach an example message and remove any confidential data before. this is most likely a gmail issue and not an evolution bug.

Ah. This is basically bug 536457. Removing the summary file fixed this for me... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 536457 ***
