I can [ctrl-i] to add a task; it would greatly speed things up if I could start inputting my task text immediately.  Focus would need to be given to the 'name' field.

Caolan McNamara recently filed a duplicate of this request. However, since his report has a patch that he submitted, I'm closing this one and not the other way round.
