This happens when some USB disks are umounted, but not with my n800 for example, it's reported as an audio player, I guess that makes the difference.

This is an issue in nautilus and not in gvfs. 

However, I am not sure if this can be reproduced anymore. All my mounted devices, have an eject button next to them.

Could somebody please move this to nautilus.

Yeah, this is not an issue anymore with Nautilus master.
