Please describe the problem:
In the Preferences menu the Edit button is not available for FLAC encoding. The codec is installed and files can be ripped using FLAC.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Edit\Preferences
2. CD Importing select FLAC
3. Edit button is gray


Actual results:


Expected results:
I would expect to have the Edit button active to set the compresion
