Please describe the problem:
When browsing a directory in List-View and right-clicking a sub-directory there are no menu-entries for creating a new File or Folder. When selecting the sub-directory and using "Create Folder"/"Create Document ->" from the "File"-menu files and directories will always be created in the directory which I'm browsing, not the one I'm selecting/which I have expanded.
