Description Martin Pitt 2008-04-28 08:26:52 UTC
From https://launchpad.net/bugs/81239:

When an application still uses a volume, gnome-umount rightfully refuses to umount it, but it just says "An application prevents...". It would be nice if it would display which applications in particular, so that the user has a chance to do something about it. It might be something non-obvious, like thumbnailers being busy with the files on it (in above bug, an user had a hanging ghostscript).
