Hi, this is a strange one. It seems to crash in boxed_nodes_cmp in glib. That happend first in bug 376369 and on other modules like gnome-screenshot. It happens in bug 513377 as well, so this might be a dup of it.
*** Bug 541881 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
I believe bug #513377 is not under this one. Maybe you did a typo in bug number? Anyway, it seems to be deep in glib, when updating windows (painting). Either evo broke some memory, or something else happened. No other idea except of this (of course, there could be bug in gtk+, but I doubt it in this case, because this part of gtk+ is used quite heavily).
Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 555103 ***
