Description satkata 2008-04-16 08:40:22 UTC
I think, it would be great, if rhythmbox could support more than only one location for the music library.
Right now, if I have music folders, which are not under the library path, I always have to import them manually. This is annoying and time spending, because I have my Library on my laptop, but then I have a lot more music on my external hard drive and additional partitions. When I add/delete songs from the folders outside the library path, I always become errors, because the apps does not monitor them for changes.
I think something of like the library manager in exaile, just as reference. And I don't want to use it, because it's too slow and buggy for me.
well, that was it. Thanks.

Currently, you can configure multiple library locations in gconf-editor (/apps/rhythmbox/library_locations), but not in the rhythmbox preferences window.
