Please describe the problem:
gtkrc refers to tooltip_ and tooltips_ on lines 3 and 181 respectively, which can cause theming to break.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.

The problem is still there in lines 181 and 182 of the gtkrc file, the attached patch fixes it.

Please ignore the above patch, it just occured to me that this was fixed but not released yet and thus needs to be backported into packages...
