Your totem-pl-parser library appears to be broken. Which version(s) do you have installed? Does it crash like this every time?
I have following totem-pl-parser libraries installed: libtotem-plparser.so.10.1.0 libtotem-plparser.so.7.1.1 Rhythmbox doesn't crash every time, but very often. Hopefully this info helps you :)
Updating a podcast feed should trigger the crash. Can you try removing the .7.1.1 version? Nothing should be using it any more.
I cannot remove .7.1.1, on Debian totem depends either on totem-gstreamer or totem-xine, and both of them depend on .7.1.1 I'll report this bug to Debian totem-gstreamer/xine maintainers :)
They don't here..
Here they do :) apt-cache depends totem totem |Depends: totem-gstreamer Depends: totem-xine Depends: totem-plugins ----------- apt-cache depends totem-gstreamer totem-gstreamer Depends: libtotem-plparser7 -----------

bug 530443 and bug 530169 contain a few more debugging symbols.

I'm pretty sure this is the same issue as bug 522247. If that's true, we should be able to hack around this by ensuring the TotemPlParser class is initialised on the main thread before we create any podcast parsing threads.
