Please describe the problem:
When I install GNUCash I can open the program, but once I close the program and try to start the program again, it will not start.  All I get is a DOS window with the following lines:

C:\Program Files\gnucash\bin\setlocal
C:\Program Files\gnucash\bin\chcp 1252

From this point nothing else ever happens.
