Please describe the problem:
If a MSOutlook user sends a meeting request and they have their timezone set to (GMT-06.00) Central Time (US & Canada), Evolution sets your local appointment time one hour ahead.

For example, if the meeting request is 10am Central, and your Linux time zone is "America/Winnipeg" (which is in Central), the meeting shows up in the calendar as 11am local time.
