It would be nice if you had the option to have windows raise when you hover over them whilst dragging, ala the gnome panel window list behavior.  I think this would make using nautilus for file management operations much easier.

Other information:
This is the default behavior for Finder in OSX, I find it very useful when using the Apple OS.
