I have a company-issued tecra M5 that now has Nevada from the Immersion Week Installfest. I found a blog at Sun.COM that discussed how to install compiz. It had a shell script to check one's hardware (it states that this M5 is compliant). and off I went installing compiz. Turns out I don't have the latest JDS. I downloaded the latest JDS from OpenSolaris and the rest is listed above. Current JDS is working, compiz doesn't crash but doesn't have all the bells and whistles. Think that I'm also behind in X Thanks, Mike
