when something's wrong with site's ssl certificate, it's impossible to add exception, but firefox' warning page is shown in there, with link "add exception".

Which distro are you using? Is Epiphany using the xulrunner or the firefox backend?

Probably duplicate of bug 524512 or other way around (but the other bug seems to be more detailed and developed)
