Description auvildm 2008-03-07 04:00:39 UTC
I am having a problem getting rid of some deleted emails that are in the TRASH folder. When I go to "File" and select "Empty Trash," I get an error message, which reads:
Evolution Error - Error while expunging folder. (with the additional detail)
Error Storing
'~/.evolution/mail/local/inbox (mbox)
Summary and folder mismatch, even after a sync.
(end of error message text)
Additional note: the emails I'm trying to get rid of are unsolicited and are from:
Classmates.com
Word Politics.com
I reloaded all of the Evolution files that Synapic Package Manager indicated were previous loaded (in case it might be a file corruption problem) but that did not fit it. Still getting the same error message. Any suggestions?
