Description:
Tasklist-applet craches and as a result it shuts itself down from the
panel. I attempted to start it again from a commans prompt but I
received the following error
message:

When I logout of Gnome and log back in as a different user the
tasklist-applet 
is enabled and seems to function normally. However when I log back in as

myself, the tasklist-applet does not appear on the panel and has to be
started 
using the shell prompt.
