Description Michael Martin-Smucker 2008-03-02 03:17:17 UTC
For managing any collection of music larger than a couple hundred songs, a browse-as-you-type feature is really helpful. If any song in the list is selected, typing the letter "r" would move the selector to the first entry on the list beginning with r. Ideally this would browse by artist name. This idea is used in iTunes/Songbird/Nautilus.

The equivalent in Amarok is more like filter-as-you-type, which, in my opinion, is less than ideal but better than nothing.

Sorry if this feature request is a duplicate or posted in the wrong place.
