Please describe the problem:
This is a defect, because I access more than once to the application.
And if I do it once again opens another application again and again.
If I get 2 times 2 equals windows of the same application at the same time

It should send a message that the application is running or simply not allow launch the application

example:
If I go to gnome-screensaver and without close access again, I get are 2 windows of the same application

Steps to reproduce:
Can be opened as often as run times, without closing the application

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
