Description Markus Bertheau 2008-03-01 05:24:17 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Date autofill doesn't work correctly when the two source cells contain 2008-02-28 and 2008-02-29.

Steps to reproduce:
0. Be in pl_PL.UTF-8 (don't know whether this is significant)
1. Create new spreadsheet
2. Enter 2008-02-28 in A1
3. Enter 2008-02-29 in A2
4. Select A1:A2
5. Click, hold, move and release the lower left corner of the selected area to autofill some cells A3:An

Actual results:
A3:An get the values 2008-02-28

Expected results:
A3:An get the values 2008-03-01 .. 2008-03-n

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Ubuntu 7.10, Gnumeric 1.7.11

Confirmed with current svn and does not seem to be a pl locale issue. I'm getting the same behavior in C or fr locales.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.

The leap year was irrelevant as it turned out.
