Please describe the problem:
DnD Place->Desktop to the Desktop recursivly create Desktop directory 
ending with this error :

Error removing file : File name too long

Steps to reproduce:
1. Dnd Place->Desktop to the desktop


Actual results:
It recursivly create Desktop directory until an error

Expected results:
Nothing that weird.

Does this happen every time?
Yes

This was fixed along with bug 530720.
