GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 517879
Letting the user define an IMAP folder as Junk folder
Last modified: 2011-12-12 04:20:31 UTC
Users should be given the opportunity to define which folder they want to use as Junk folder for an account. This is especially relevant in IMAP accounts, where the maintenance of a Junk/spam folder gives the server the ability to learn from spam. The "mark mail as junk/not junk" option of Evolution gives users the ability to correct any false positives or false negatives the server's spam filter failed to detect.
This might be a duplicate of bug #545390.

Just a "me too" comment. Is this actually worked on? P.S.: The bug 206061 seems to be a duplicate of this one.
