Please describe the problem:
Part of Checking Account ledger display is blank after startup

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a ledger with enough entries to fill the screen
2. Start the program
3. 


Actual results:
about 70% of the checking account display is blank

Expected results:
the display will be complete

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
I am using Windows XP professional.  I have a screen shot of the problem and can email if needed.

This is similar, or perhaps even identical, to bug 502649.

If anyone reading this is willing/able to compile from trunk, please see bug 502469 and try out r18024 or higher to see if it fixes this. Please post any responses at bug 502649.
