Please describe the problem:
You open .xcf file and save it as .gif and try to save .gif again with "save as" option and your save window apears blank. (I'm using xubuntu linux)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open .xcf image and save as .gif file
2. Try to use save as option again


Actual results:
Save window apears blank with no text or buttons on it, you can save but nothing shows on window.

Expected results:
