The current theme has just the old author of the theme where this theme os based on in it: http://live.gnome.org/moin_static161/gnome/css/screen.css 

I suggest we add a line on who to contact about the theme, maybe also some comments of what was changed. or a link to a wiki page like http://live.gnome.org/GnomeLiveWiki/ReworkTheme

If there's anything wrong with the theme, people can file a bug here. No need to add contact information to the CSS.
