Please describe the problem:
Check Show poisition of pointer when the Control key is pressed =>  
ctrl + mouse rigt, left, or middle  button doesn't work on emacs.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch emacs 
2.  Check Show poisition of pointer when the Control key is pressed on gnome-mouse-properties
3.  click ctrl + mouse right button on emacs

Does this happen every time?
yes, always.
