Please describe the problem:
The Kannada translation team is not listed in Mango (https://mango.gnome.org/new_account.php). I am the co-ordinator for Kannada (http://l10n.gnome.org/people/pramodr) and my svn account is locked as well (it asks for a password and my private keys are fine) and we are forced to take the help of others to check in our translations.
