Description Malcolm Tyrrell 2008-01-31 10:45:31 UTC
Hi all. I tend to use gcalctool in scientific mode, and I always find it difficult to find the button I'm looking for. On physical calculators, the keys are often coloured so as to group them logically.

Hi Malcolm. This is a duplicate of bug #157962.

Note that the gcalctool distribution comes with a gcalctoolrc file.
You should be able to copy this to your home directory as .gcalctoolrc
and it'll provide you with some color. Having said that, with the
recent conversion of gcalctool to use Glade, this file is now completely
usable.

The real fix would be to allow the user to set the colors as they want
(which is what bug #157962 is all about).

Hopefully now that gcalctool uses Glade, it shouldn't be too hard.
