Description Mikel Ward 2008-01-30 03:18:45 UTC
When I want to rate a song, it feels like I have to double click on the star rather than single click it. I'm not sure if this is because I'm used to iTunes, or because it feels like the input field isn't focused. Unfortunately double clicking causes Rhythmbox to restart playing that song, which isn't at all what I wanted.

It would be great if there was some kind of feedback when hovering over the ratings, such as highlighting the rating that would be assigned (e.g. if hovering over the 4th star, stars 1 to 4 light up).

An enhancement proposal from Baptiste Mille-Mathias:

I would like to be able to rate a song by sliding my mouse cursor from a star
to another.

explanation :
I click on the star 2, I don't release the click and I move my cursor in the
right over the star 4.
result : the rating should have moved to 4.

I hope is it clear.
