What were you doing when the application crashed?
I have with the mouse make an right-click on the symbol of the desktop. Then hav i click on "Eigenschaften".

This is a Debian-only problem. Please make sure to run Nautilus version 2.20
when having installed GLib 2.14. Thanks.
