Please describe the problem:
No matter how small the page is, yelp always shows a vertical scrollbar as if there is more text at the bottom of the page. After scrolling down, you don't find any extra text.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open any small page in yelp, and stretch yelp window vertically.

Actual results:
there is a vertical scrollbar

Expected results:
there should be no vertical scrollbar

Does this happen every time?
yes
