I can do nothing at all, the red line marker does not appear.

Try with:

LC_ALL=ar_DZ.UTF8 dasher

Djihed, could you provide a bit more information?  What version of dasher were you using?  When you say "the red line marker does not appear", do you mean that the line from the cross hair in the middle of the window to the mouse position does not appear?  What else goes wrong?

When I attempt to use the command line you specify with the trunk, things work for me as best as I can determine, so it is possible that this defect has been fixed.
