Please describe the problem:
Launcher that resides on a filesystem other than root, does not work.

Steps to reproduce:
1. I've moved my home dir from /home/username to /media/sda4/home/username.


Actual results:
.desktop launchers of type "Application" do not work anymore

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
If the same .desktop file is moved to /tmp on the root filesystem it works correclty

That's because it's mounted in /media.
