We group modules together on Solaris to make meta packages.
Our SUNWgnome-panel package contains libwnck, gnome-desktop, gnome-menus, libgweather, gnome-panel and more.

As libgweather is not installed when gnome-panel is built, an uninstalled.pc file is needed. See attached patch.
