Currently, it appears impossible to schedule a recurring event for fixed monthly weekday intervals.

Specifically, I can not find a means of scheduling a transaction that occurs every third Wednesday of a Month.  Not every three weeks on Wednesday, but the third Wednesday of each Month.  Scheduling the event for every 4 weeks does not work as not every month has exactly 4 weeks.
