When you select "Download this link" on the context menu for a link, after the third file is selected from the site, the download is silently queued and there is only feedback after another file finishes downloading -- this could be hours if not more.

Worse, navigating on the page where it was selected will cancel the queueing.

Always making an entry in the download box, marked "queued" would fix it neatly, also allowing the tab or window to be freed and used for other links.
