Reproduce Steps:
1. Set up an email account in Evolution/Thunderbird.
2. Search email via keyword in subject.
3. Delete the account you set up.
4. Redo step3.

Expected result:
After step4, email cannot be searched out in search tool. 

Actual result:
After step4 you can get the same result as step2 in search tool.

That issue can be reproduced on an deleted email,too.

The issue can be solved by running pkill trackerd && trackerd -R in terminal

This bug is not a duplicate of 503376.

Tracker should watch email's change. When a email is deleted in thunderbird. tracker should watch this action and also deleted this email in tracker database.
