Description Rostislav Matl 2008-01-05 22:52:13 UTC
I often use this utility to restore resolution after some application crashes and leaves display set to some lower resolution. The gnome-display-setting does nto detect such situation and ignores request to apply setting it "thinks" is already set. It forces me to make change of rotation to be able force back the old resolution - unnecesary and annoying.
