Please describe the problem:
I was trying to use the online stock quote feature.  I installed ActivePerl version 5.10.  I then learned that this is not compatible with gnuCash 2.2.2.  I then uninstalled ActivePerl 5.10 and installed ActivePerl 5.8.  I then ran "Install Online Price Retrieval" again.  I then received the following error: 
"The procedure entry point ASN1_const_check_infinite_end could not be located in the dynamic link library libeay32.dll"  The same error is generated each time I launch gnuCash.
