Please describe the problem:
On non-English locale, time format of "Date" column in mailer display windows isn't in non-English 24-hours.

Steps to reproduce:
1. On Solaris, launch evoluion on locale fr_CH.UTF-8
2. For today email, the time format displayed in the mailer windows is AM/PM instead of the non-english format 24-hours.

Actual results:

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?

Xiurong Simon-Zheng is correct !
Date / Time should be set by the user accordingly !!
As a Swiss in South East Asia I do NOT start useing
AM/PM with my more than 60 years ;-)

Sorry, if a SW doesn't provide it: UN-usable !!!

Disappointed, svobi

Bumping version to a stable release.

Time format from a draft appeared correctly until we close it !?
When we create an email at 9:00 AM the format is correctly displayed. But if we force to change the time to 9:00 PM, the format of a new email is incorrect.
