Downstream bug report about the same on 2.28.0: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=540895
The evolution-exchange-storage is gone in the upcoming 2.30 version, thus even anything similar to this will be most likely represented with a different backtrace. Furthermore, there is no planned update to 2.28 any more, thus could anyone try to reproduce this on 2.30.0+ and report back, please? Thanks in advance.
Closing this bug report as no further information has been provided. Please feel free to reopen the bug if the problem still occurs with a newer version of GNOME 2.30.0 or later, thanks.
